Getting Better Daily
Students from K-5 came to the gym in their designated special time to learn more about healthy eating and physical activity. We did stretching, body exercises, and danced! danced! danced! The students learned the importance of taking care your bodies and eating healthy. I created the "Konnoak Fitness Plan" for my school to improve physical fitness and promote physical awareness. The challenge consists of 15 Jumping Jacks, 10 sit-ups and 10 push-ups. Students will do this challenge Mon-Fri every morning, afternoon, and evening.
