Getting Physical to Stay Healthy
The Viking Dance Team decided to bring one friend or relative each to our workout to Stay Healthy Day. The team set up a 20 minute physical challenge for their friends and relatives. The challenge had a variety of physical movements such as jogging, squatting, jumping jacks, planks and also ballet first through fourth positions.

How did you accomplish your goals?

We accomplished our goals by getting the word out.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We will kick off the school year with this Play every year. Hopefully it will grow each year.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

We have not seen any improvements as of yet, but we are still encouraged to spread the word.
