A fitness class is being offered for staff and their children after school.

How did you accomplish your goals?

I started by working with a couple of the teachers who ask me to help them with trying to get in shape.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We all exercised and had fun together.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Not having a formal counting for attendance and equipment use.
