GoNoodle Challenge

For the month of February we decided to pump up our blood flow and increase the amount of oxygen to our brain by using GoNoodle in the classroom. We challenged each classroom to use GoNoodle three times a day for 15 minutes.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Teachers saw the benefit of brain breaks and started to use them more often in class. There was a decrease in behavior occurances when utilizing GoNoodle on a daily basis.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Fuel Up to Play 60 ambassadors spoke to classrooms about setting goal times for GoNoodle. Teachers/students decided to have three five-minute time periods through out the day. Each class had a graph in which they recorded each days minutes.
