Physical Activity Participation

Even though we have had trouble getting our female students to participate in Flag football consistently, we were able to improve their level of participation this year. This is mostly due to our school gym having enough equipment to have two sets of activities at the save time so the female students wouldn't feel uncomfortable. Many were able to improve their skills enough to feel comfortable playing with the boys who had greater skills. This also helped our boys with lesser skills have greater access to drills to improve since we had more equipment.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We utilized some of our more experienced students to lead drills while the teachers observed and helped students with greater needs.
