Metzger Middle School created a yogurt snack. The students got a chance to pick their favorite yogurt flavor and add some extra goodies like raisins, nuts, granola crumbs, and other tasty things. This challenge allowed students to see that eating nutritious snacks can be fun and very tasty. Bring on the challenge again, we are nutritious ready!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We asked the kids what flavors they wanted and what suggestions that had for additives in the yogurt. We advertised the challenge in each health class and gym class and reported what was the best yogurt snack.
