Healthy Snacks for 21 Days

Our school is participating in the 21 Day Challenge to improve our snack habits for both our students and adults. We pledged to eat a fruit or vegetable for a snack for 21 days. We are recording our snacks on a log and will keep track of how many days we eat healthy versus days that we did not have a healthy snack. We are hoping that after the 21 days are over we will have developed a new healthy habit that will continue the rest of our lives.
