Healthy Town Halloween

Class was divided into teams of 3 or 4. A circle of cones represented the town and scattered in the middle were bean bags with pictures of food on them. Teammates took turns going into town to pick up a bean bag and bring it back to his/her team without being tagged. First team with 5 beanbags wins and receives 5 points unless the bean bags on the plate represented a healthy plate, then they got 50 points.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

In this game, students worked together to fill their plates with healthy foods. They also needed to make a choice of going to save a teammate if one was tagged or get a bean bag. Most students picked saving a teammate over the bean bag.
