Hoops for A Cure Nights at Lincoln
Students in grades 1-6 participated in a spot-shot basketball shooting contest last week. They shot with a parent, or with a friend from their grade. Two grades competed each night. Ribbons were given out to the top five place winners. A raffle was also held and everyone received a great prize. A grand prize drawing was done on the morning announcements. Students won tickets to some of our local Chicago teams and two autographed footballs were also given. Our Fuel Up to Play 60 Leadership team lead a fitness activity each night to get the spectators up and active. It was great fun!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Our Fuel Up to Play 60 Team worked with me to put together a fun and active intermission to get everyone moving.
