Physical Activity Participation

Students in 4th grade received clocks that make sounds on the hour. Every time the clock sounds they have a three minute exercise by their desk to get their bodies and brains moving. We always start with the head and move down. When you sit, all of your blood goes down to your bottom. We start with the head moving to get the blood flowing. Then we continue with the exercise for three minutes. Different students lead each day.

How did you accomplish your goals?

All the students in 4th grade are competing Hunter Time every hour.
