Physical Activity Participation

The In-Class Physical Activity Breaks at Woerner Elementary have definitely improved daily focus on academics. Teachers visit the GoNoodle website daily, which provides movement activities for students to follow and increase blood flow to the brain. These short breaks have improved focus on learning!
