The Ryan Elementary FUTP 60 student leadership team linked with our school broadcasting team to provide weekly In-class Physical Activity Breaks. Each week, students filmed a short Brain Break to be part of the whole school announcements. The video gave an example to classrooms and students on how to perform the Brain Break. The video was also shared with parents of the students to see and complete at home!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Students had to work together with teachers to create a video to be broadcasted to students. The video was also shared with parents to view.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Our Brain Break video was created and shown to classrooms and parents weekly.
