Community Involvement

Recently Jardine's middle school FUTP 60 members joined Northwest FUTP 60 members to get the word out about FUTP 60in the community. We had an information table at an event where we gave away items, discussed volunteering, and had milk mustache pictures taken. The students learned how hard it is to recruit help, but were energetic about being involved.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

The students were discouraged with people refusing to sign up for information, or wanting to volunteer. However, with encouragement they stayed strong the whole time.
