We had our second annual Jump Rope for Heart Family Night tonight. One of our student Ambassadors wrote a letter to the PE teacher asking if we could talk about FUTP 60 at the event. Two students spoke to a group of students, parents, and teachers, and then we did a relay game that involved physical activity and utilizing MyPlate.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

One of the students wrote a note to the PE teacher asking if we could join the Jump Rope for Heart family nigth to promote Fuel Up to Play 60. We were given 20 minutes in the program and were able to work with parents, teachers, and students.

How did you accomplish your goals?

We came up with a proposal and then worked with three teachers to make it happen.
