Jump with Jill Kickoff at Richfield PSA
This was our first year having the Fuel Up to Play 60 program. Having the Jump for Jill assembly was an excellent way to get our students excited about the program. Our student leadership team helped hang up posters and pass out posters about the assembly. Jump with Jill assembly was amazing, it was energetic and full of excitement. Our students absolutely love the movement, energy and the message that the assembly brought to our school. Richfield Public Academy students, teachers and staff had the best time dancing and singing to the popular nutritious songs. The students said it was the best assembly they have ever seen.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Our student leadership team and Program Advisor worked together to motivate the students during the beginning of the assembly. Our students were dancing along with Jill at the beginning of the show and introducing the nutritious characters and sharing the important message of the Fuel Up to Play 60 program.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Our goal at Richfield Academy was to introduce the Fuel Up to Play 60 program in a fun and exciting way. Having the Jump for Jill assembly at our school helped us accomplish our goal. Our students are excited about eating healthy and exercising daily. Teachers said the students often want to reference these fun characters while speaking about fruits and veggies in the classroom.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

We have seen big improvements in our school's culture. Students are excited about eating healthy and being physically active. We would like to thank dairy association for their partnership and support in making Richfield a Fuel up to Play 60 school and improving the culture of our school.
