NFL Play 60 Challenge

Students at the Pittston Area Primary Center in first grade and kindergarten jumped rope during their physical education classes in February to promote healthy life styles. The students jumped rope in memory of loved ones and donations were taken for the American Heart Association.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

We plan to make this an annual event with the American Heart Association. This year we raised over $900, which was donated to the American Heart Association. The program was coordinated by our physical education teacher in conjunction with our NFL Fuel Up to Play 60 program.
