The students at West Dodge Station Elementary did an awesome job raising money for the Pints to Gallons Milk Drive with the Food Bank for the Heartland and finished as the top school in Omaha! As a reward for their efforts, KC Wolf came to visit to talk to the kids about healthy eating and exercise.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Our student involvement for this play was outstanding. My goal since starting FUTP 60 at West Dodge was to make it a household name and implementing this play has really helped make that a reality!

How did you accomplish your goals?

Our goal was to just simply get the word out about the Pints to Gallons Milk Drive and see what happened, since we have never participated before. The response from our students was simply amazing and we raised over $1200.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

This play is a no brainer to keep doing. Community involvement is very important to us and this is an easy way to give back.
