Physical Activity Participation

We had our Kickoff event - a dance-a-thon. We told students that we were a Touchdown School and gave them instructions on how to take brain breaks in the classroom. We concluded with a dance-a-thon.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Working with the advisors and students, we came up with a plan to help students and teacher be proactive in taking breaks in the classroom. We set goals and began with the end in mind. It worked out and it was a win-win for us all.
