Kick Out Drugs and Kick Off a Healthy Life

To kick off Fuel Up to Play 60 and our school's Red Ribbon Week, we had an hour and a half assembly on Monday, October 26. All students participated in kickball, mat ball, and flag football stations. While rotating through the activity stations, students were able to snack on some "Grab and Go" foods such as pretzels, Chewy granola bars, and flavored milk donated by Prairie Farms.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

VPMS Character Fitness Team worked with our school secretary (Red Ribbon Week coordinator) and principal to plan the event. On the day of the event, students and teachers helped referee and supervise the all students in action.
