Our Fuel Up to Play 60 Student Ambassadors hosted our kickoff this year by providing a booth at our school's Back to School Bash. Students worked to blend and serve over 300 smoothies and handed out information about Fuel Up to Play 60, the new Student Zone app and gave out stickers and bracelets.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Students helped to make the smoothies and hand them out to attendees. Adults helped with the blending, restocking of supplies and the schedule for workers.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

It was challenging to make the smoothies fast enough and to taste the same each time. We just did our best and everyone seemed happy with the results.
