Our kickoff took place at the start of November. It is our school's first year doing Fuel Up To Play 60 and the students were very intrigued about what the program was and what it would mean for our school. Our kickoff was a day-long event and all students had the opportunity to participate. It was a combination of football skills challenges plus nutrition learning stations! The students participated at a very high level and were extremely excited about the event! Students had the opportunity to take pictures with the Instagram frame, as well as sign the pledge to be activity and eat healthy! A week after the kickoff, students had the opportunity to set up their Fuel Up To Play 60 accounts and start their challenges. They were all very excited for that opportunity as well! Fuel Up To Play 60 is motivating to our students and helps us support physical activity and nutrition in our school.
