All grades got a chance to get outside and play as a part of our Kickoff event for Fuel Up To Play 60. The kids were really excited. Students got to sign up for face-painting to show off their favorite fruit, vegetable or sport and students chose from a variety of activities. This event let students know more about the program and how to get involved.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Fifth grade students helped to plan the event and eighth grade students had a say in the physical activities offered during the event. Posters were made and hung up in the 5th grade pod before the event.

Support from students and staff helped to make this event a success!

What improvements have you seen at your school?

More kids know about the Fuel Up to Play 60 program and staff is more interested in getting involved.
