Parent and Program Advisors Fairview talked to Healthy Hip Hop, Rappin Roy, and was able to have them come and do an awesome assembly for the school. Not only did the students get up and do several hip hop songs with activities, they got to see some fantastic basketball skills done and then Champ did some physical activities with the kids too. Now teachers will be using the Healthy Hip Hop website for additional Brain Boosts during the day. Teachers will be putting in student names and students can video themselves using music supplied by Healthy Hip Hop and upload what they did to their classroom to be used as fun Brain Boosts.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Teachers will be utilizing the Healthy Hip Hop website and app for Brain Boost (physical Activity) during the school day in addition to using during indoor recess.
