Physical Activity Participation

In class we finished class with 5 minutes of instruction on learning popular dances. Whip-nae-nae, and Hit the Quan were student favorites. Participation was about 75 - 80% on average. Students enjoyed the break from the usual routine and also the opportunity to learn a popular dance.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Because this Physical Activity Play is essentially free, it is easy to implement year after year. One improvement would be increasing the number of teachers that are comfortable and willing to lead these activities.
