Students did a self-assessment using there Fall Fitness test scores to create there own work-out programs to help improve their scores for the following Spring.
Students did research in class of different exercise and weight lifting techniques that are available to them in physical education class and surrounding communities.

How did you accomplish your goals?
We created a chart for their individual workouts during the course of the school year leading up to Spring Fitness testing.
Students are measuring there strength, flexibility and endurance during this time. This was done 2 or 3 times a week.
How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?
Students can recognize and understand the benefits of working out for a healthy lifestyle. Students also promote team work, collaboration and a personal satisfaction of accomplishing their goals.
