Kids set up a table next to the concession stand at the dance and served two varieties of local apples to students. Apple slicers and cutting boards were set out; students could grab a cup of already sliced apples or choose to slice their own.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Our Fuel Up Team planned the event, set it all up, decorated the area with local farm and fuel up posters. Set up a table for raffle tickets and prizes. Took turns working the table and were truly excited to engage fellow classmates and get them to come taste the apples.
