We meet every Tuesday and Thursday after school for an hour to work on our speed and agility drills. We do a quick warm up, stretch, drills, and finish with a 1-2 mile walk or run. Students are excited to compete with each other as well as achieving their own goals.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
Our challenges were getting the students to come out consistently. Once we created a plan, invitations, and prizes for achieving their goals we had consistency.
