Malhar for the Win
Grahamwood Elementary School has been extremely blessed for the State of TN Ambassador, Malahr P., to call Grahamwood Elementary his home school Malahr has become a part of the Grahamwood family over the past 2 years to work with me and my students! He has shown genuine enthusiasm and excitement for leading the kids in achieving ambassador status! Under his aid and leadership, we've been able to get one of our own 5th graders for this school year (2019) eligible for the Summit by reaching Ambassador status. In fact, this particular 5th grader is one of only 4 students in the entire state of TN to apply for the summit, which bodes well for Western TN! It would be quite the accomplishment for a student from West TN to become the new State Ambassador and represent us at the Summit, thanks in large part to Malhar!

How did you accomplish your goals?

We accomplished our long-term goal of getting a 5th grade student eligible for the summit!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We worked together to learn, have fun, and complete challenges!

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

We overcame time constraints, as we're a large school with a busy schedule each week!
