Mispillion Elementary Fuel Up To Play 60 for a Healthier Student Body

Our school has been involved in the FUTP 60 program for five years and every year we build on previous years accomplishments. This year we are so proud of our students' accomplishments. • Marathon Club • Honoree Captains for our home football games • After School Flag Football • Community Service • Community Parade • 60 minute daily challenge This year we started a grab and go breakfast and breakfast participation has increased by 55%.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We have an annual community parade and our students and advisors built our team float together. They also were bell ringers for the Salvation Army for Christmas. Our older students were honoree captains for our home football game spreading the FUTP 60 message.
