Physical Activity Participation

What began as occasional physical activity breaks has transformed into 2 - 4 weekly physical activity breaks. Staff and students requested more than the original occasional physical activity break.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Using the school announcement system, the P.E. teacher and whatever class she has at the time lead the physical activity break at our office with music and/or verbal cues to the activity. Remaining students stay in their classroom, pause what they are doing and participate from their classroom.
