Our classroom teachers do daily Brain Breaks that are sent to them weekly. They are typically led by a student. Classrooms also use Skillastics mats and curriculum in the morning when role, lunch count, etc are being done. Speedstacks are used as well. Several other movement activities are used throughout the day and during indoor recess to get the students up and moving. We also do this during professional development and staff meetings.

How did you accomplish your goals?

Getting classroom teachers on board was a huge help. They see a huge difference in the students' levels of concentration after exercising. Our Principal was also a PE teacher and knows the benefits of physical activity.
