Physical Activity Participation

In October we provided information to all teachers and administration about the benefits of in-class physical activity breaks. I have heard feedback from a few students already that say their teacher has initiated this. In addition, keeping the staff involved has spiked new "active" interest and new ideas for upcoming events. I'd say that is a fantastic success for being such a small step. On a roll!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

In-class breaks should continue to become part of our students' and school staff's school day. I anticipate it growing in involvement and becoming a constant reminder to be active and healthy, and be part of FUTP 60.
