Physical Activity Participation

Our school culture is now a place where our kids are getting 60 minutes a day of play. Our teachers rely on brain breaks through the day to bring attentional resets to their students. When asked how they were able to get so many minutes using GoNoodle their reply was that they "couldn't live without it". Their instruction is much more effective when kids get their PA.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

Students feel better and are doing better academically. Teachers also appreciate what PA breaks bring to the school day and our school logged enough minutes to win a national award for GoNoddle minutes.
