We wanted to do some "bar themes" for breakfast also and used IHop's idea of toppings on pancakes. We served whole grain pancakes with toppings that included fruit so the students would get a complete reimbursable meal. They had fun creating their breakfast masterpieces!!
How did you accomplish your goals?
We used our new equipment for raise the bar along with menu items we had to create a fun breakfast.
How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?
We will continue to do Raise the Bar themes for breakfast and lunch.
