Students researched different activity breaks to share with their CORE class teachers. They created a list of links that we sent out to the staff. Students also made posters with a QR Code for students to be able to access the links at home. This allowed students to not only get activity breaks in class, but also at home in the evening or on the weekends.
Many students encouraged their teachers to let them have activity breaks and use the links. Students reported that most teachers have let them do activity breaks at least a couple of times a week.

Students created the links and encouraged them to be used and teachers complied and tried something new.

Students created awareness about the importance and value of fitness breaks.
What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
Some teachers still want nothing to do with fitness breaks. This is something we will continue to encourage and work on.
