Physical Activity All the Time
Our students take pride in their health. They are physically active and choose to fuel their body with nutritious foods. They participate in activities that are meaningful to them such as playing football, running, walking, participating in yoga, playing basketball, playing soccer, and playing volleyball. Our students engage in before school, during school, lunch time, intramural, and after school activities.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

An improvement we have seen at our school is that more students are engaging in physical activities. They are actively participating in both physical education and in out of class activities such as yoga, pilates, walking/running (Billion Mile Race), and sports. They are taking better care of their bodies by choosing to eat healthy foods to include dairy, fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins.
