In between every transition from one subject to the next, each class will take five minutes to move and be active, which helps wake up the brain.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

To reinforce how important activity is for the brain. Healthy students get better grades.

We have taken a pledge as a team to follow as teachers to students.
