We always pick 1 or 2 vegetables at lunch. At breakfast we eat healthy by choosing milk or yogurt products. We also tell our friends to eat healthy.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

We worked with Mr. T and went to the lab and did our Dashboard. Then we talked about eating healthy here at school. Then we started eating healthy at breakfast and lunch.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Sometimes it was hard for all of us to get together and work. We had to get pulled out from different classrooms. But we did work on making better choices and eating healthy. It isn't always easy because sometimes you just want some Doritos.

How did you accomplish your goals?

We really had to work hard to pick good things at lunch and breakfast. We had to remind each other what was healthy and not. We also did exercising in class and we try and do it on the playground and after school.
