Within the route 4, exercise stations will be set-up. Students/Staff will be encouraged to complete 25 repetitions at the exercise stations. Healthy Choices Flex Class will track individual progress, if desired. Students/Staff will be provided awards/prizes for progress being made on RAMS Challenge.

The challenges that we faced were the times in which we would hold the challenge. We overcame the challenge by offering it in the AM and PM one day a week.

What improvements have you seen at your school?

The RAMS challenge provides another opportunity for student and staff to get moving.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Student and staff provided encouragement to each other to get up and start moving before and after school.
