If you want to lose fat or change your body, one of the most important things you can do is lift weights. Diet and cardio are equally important, but when it comes to changing how your body looks; weight training wins hands down. The goal is to develop a weight program to be use and help measure the physical fitness of the students.
How did you accomplish your goals?
Students will be taken through several fitness routines to get their bodies in shape and heart rate to increase. Weight training activities provide a significant contribution to the overall physical education experience for students. The abilities of flexibility, agility, balance, strength, and body control are the major outcomes that are enhanced through participation of weight training and cardio workouts.
