We purchased equipment to use at recess that will provide the students more choices and more ways to actively participate.

How did students and adults work together as a team?

Teachers and students were given the opportunity to provide input in the items purchased for the recess carts.

How did you accomplish your goals?

We purchased equipment to be utilized by all grade levels during recess.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

We were lacking the space for the students to play ball games. We created an extended recess area that gives the students a bigger area to play ball games and cooperative games.
