Our campus FUTP 60 Team decided to put together a Brain Break video. This was a short video of a few moves students could get up and do as a Brain Break. The students picked the moves, the music and even helped to put the video together. The video was played on the morning announcements. A link to the video was also put out to all the staff members so they could play it at any moment during the school day. The team LOVED making the video and the students in the school really enjoyed the Brain Break!

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The students talked to teachers to find something they thought was a need on our campus. Once they decided on the Brain Break, they put together the video. Teachers helped to put the video together and post for staff members to access at any time. It was a lot of fun!
