Road Trip To The Super Bowl
Each Greenville Middle Fuel Up to Play 60 grade level team is taking an imaginary road trip to the Super Bowl. The trip starts at Lambeau Field walking/running to the Super Bowl in Minnesota and back which is a total of 550 miles. We can’t just take the trip without stopping at our favorite places like the dairy farms and cheese factories. Imagine hanging out with your friends and eating fresh cut cheese and drinking chocolate or white milk!! Each grade level Fuel Up to Play 60 team will spend one period per week in the gym while wearing a downloadable pedometer. The team members get to invite one friend to be active and help accumulate steps (2,000 steps = 1 mile). When each grade level team reaches 250, they receive a chocolate malt! Yummmm!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

After each grade level team makes it to the Super Bowl and back home, will be invited to continue the physical activity play.
