The students broke into 2 different teams. Each team created exercises for upper body, lower body, and core. One group created a warm up and the other created a cool down. It was a great demonstration of leadership and creativity!
How did students and adults work together as a team?
We meet as a group once a month. During the second half of one meeting, the students brainstormed and planned the workout. The following meeting, the students and program advisors did the Rockin Fit workout together!
