Students run 3 to 4 times a week. All students keep up with their mileage and compete against each other for who has the most miles in 6 week period. 

How did you accomplish your goals?

The students were self-motivated.

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

By keeping the students motivate with incentives.

What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?

Teaching the students how to pace themselves throughout the run. They thought they needed to sprint the entire mile.
