School Garden Pico de Gallo Taste Test

Students helped to prepare a salsa made with ingredients from our school garden that was planted in the spring. We used tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño peppers that we grew in our garden. Students distributed this salsa to their classmates and schoolmates. The recipe was shared and many students reported making the pico de gallo with their family at home.
