We were able to start a smoothie reimbursable breakfast meal towards the end of the school year. We tested various recipes, sampled and decided which to start with, to really lure the student body in. Once we did that we found that they loved them!
What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
Our challenge was staffing and time. There is never enough time and this year we had a struggle with staff to start the year. Once we had the staff in place, they were on board and excited to start something that was new to all of us! They did great!
