On Oct. 23, 2015, we held a smoothie taste test at Zimmerman. We had four different flavors for students to try and one mystery flavor that the students had fun with. The smoothies have increased breakfast participation and the taste test gave students the opportunity to voice an opinion on what flavors they liked. It was a fun and engaging activity for staff and students!

How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?

Have a taste test about every three months. This will give students an opportunity to show leadership skills by voicing their opinions. It could also help increase participation in our breakfast and lunch programs.
