Our cafeteria has started to offer healthier options to our students, such as yogurt parfaits.
How do you plan to make this Play last during the school year and beyond?
We plan on asking input from the students to determine what other healthy options they would like to see during breakfast.
What challenges did you face and how did you overcome them?
We have had some trouble finding healthy items that are both cost effective and will sell during breakfast. We have overcome that by providing small samples to the students and gaining feedback from them about what they would purchase and eat in the morning.
