Stetson Dairy Taste Tests
Students on the FUTP 60 Team decided to hold a taste test. They decided it would be a dairy theme. The following items were chosen for the taste tests. Day 1 Green and red bell pepper with ranch dressing. 192 servings Cottage cheese with pineapple. 216 servings Day 2 Strawberry smoothie. 240 servings Yogurt parfait with strawberry. 168 servings

How did students and adults work together as a team?

The students and the team worked together by discussing what they thought the school would like to try. Dairy had to be the main ingredient. The students needed to consider what supplies would be used to provide the taste tests. They also had to talk with nutrition services on how they were going to administer the taste test. Then they had to decide how they were going to collect the data. After these questions were answered the adults ordered the food items from nutrition services.
